I was just wondering.
Has there ever been observed the following in max dmg:
req8 Eternal Blade,
req8 Obsidian Edge,
req8 Voltaic Spear,
req8 Bone Dragon Staff,
and so on...

I might be wrong, since I am only playing for 1 year tops and can't call myself pro, but, seeing as that items drop from end-chests, I doubt it's possible they can have a lower req than 9.

Theoretically speaking, they can drop. Practically speaking though.. is another theory itself

I thought r8 max items only ever drop in prophecies and factions, since the lower-than-9 req ability to drop was changed once inscriptions were added, and thus nothing lower than r9 max can drop with inscription.

i have been playing for like 3 years and i havent seen any with req 8s.

I get r8 insc max items in NF they are blue but insc and max

You can get Max r8 in all colors in all campaings. but end chest/hoh chest/zaishen only drop r9 and higher

This is just wrong, because I remember getting 2 req 8 with inscription in EotN (Vaettirs, CoF both HM) - one of them was blue and the other was white.
Therefore, I can only assume that req8 gold with inscription drop as well, but only as monster drops.
